Human bodies undergo different energy responses when you eat candy and to when you eat steak. Candy is sweet and sugary. To much sugar is bad for the human body. With to much candy and sugar, u can get diabetes. Candy is not healthy for humans, on the other hand, steak is much more healthier but can cause heart problems. Steak has a lot of protein that gives much more energy to a human body than candy. Candy doesn't give people a big amount of energy, it lasts for a little while and then you usually get a sugar crash which is when you don't have anymore energy. Steak is different, the protein in the steak helps your body gain energy that sticks to your body for a longer range of time and it keeps you healthy.
