One thing i learned in this 3-class lesson is about transcription and translation there is a molecule that races down on a DNA strand, unzipping it to create RNA. In the RNA copy it has the four letters A, G, C, and T. In the RNA copy it is a little different though, there is no T, instead its a U. When the RNA copy is complete it snakes away from the nucleus to the outer part of the cell. Then the ribosome attaches itself to the RNA copy to form a little factory and transfer molecules transfer the amino acid to the factory (ribosome) to make a protein chain which is all the amino acids that are being brought to the ribosome.
